Midlands Series 2008 Points System
Points are awarded for each moto as shown below, giving a maximum of 12 points.
Finals points are awarded as shown in the respective ‘A’ and ‘B’ final columns.
No points are awarded for quarters or semis.
Maximum points for winning all four races is 50 points

Grand Prix Classes (GP).
These are classes of 8 or less riders. In these classes the riders race the normal three motos for which they are awarded the relevant moto points and then an additional race known as a 4th moto run at the same time as the main finals. The class overall results are then based on the total results of all 4 races and these overall class positions are then awarded points as shown in the “A” final table above.
